✨Join us on Tuesday, December 12th from 5:00-7:00 pm for an open house of our new facilities - the Bear Training Facility and Innovation Hall!✨ The Bear Training Facility, located at 901 N Ferguson Street (next to the football practice field), is a training facility open to all athletes and students in weight training classes. Innovation Hall, located at 908 Springfield Road, is a Career and Technical Education Center that houses hands-on programs such as Aviation, Bear Media, Carpentry, Criminal Justice and Engineering. We are excited to showcase the progress of our new programs and look forward to seeing you on December 12th! #OneWillow

Congratulations to Mrs. Brooke Coffman for being selected for the McDonald's Outstanding Educator Award!✨ This award program honors local educators for exhibiting the ultimate dedication to their students and those that go the extra mile to contribute to the improvement of education in the communities we serve. Community members were invited to submit nominations online and Mrs. Coffman was selected from a pool of more than 1,700 nominations - 1 of only 5 $1000 winners! Winners of the outstanding educator award each receive a Visa gift card to use toward their classroom, a coffee mug, certificates and McDonald’s coupons to provide to parents with outstanding students throughout the year. The Outstanding Educator Award Recipients are selected at random by using a random generator tool. Here is what the nomination for Mrs. Coffman said: I am nominating Brooke Coffman because of her dedication and love she pours into every student she meets. She offers more love and patience than any other human I have met. She creates and encourages opportunities that most of these students would never receive if it wasn’t for her ongoing support and encouragement. Brooke has said before, I am not only influencing these children as students but as future adults. She is phenomenal and gives 110% and expects nothing in return." Congrats Mrs. Coffman and we are so grateful for the hard work and dedication you bring every day! #OneWillow

Join us Saturday, November 18th at 10:00 am for the Bears for a Better Christmas cornhole tournament! All proceeds from the tournament will go to Bears for a Better Christmas to purchase toys, books, and warm winter clothes for kids. There will also be a bake sale and silent auction going on. If your family lives within the Willow Springs school district, has kids 0-15, and needs assistance with gifts, warm items, and books for Christmas stop by MUNCH to sign up as soon as possible.

On Friday, we honored and celebrated those who have sacrificed so much for us!🇺🇸 We appreciate everyone who joined us for our Veterans Day breakfast and assembly that was student-led and organized by Kaylee Pendergrass and the Willow Springs FACS and FCCLA! We now have a sensory path at the elementary school that is utilized for behavior regulation! Sensory paths are a great resource and benefit for students because they can help reduce stress or anxiety, improve cognitive function and sharpen their gross motor skills, improve spatial awareness, improve hand-eye coordination and so many other benefits! All K-4 students will have access to use the sensory path for regulating behaviors. #onewillow
