Open House will take place at the Elementary and Middle School on August 17 from 5:30-7:00.

Mr. Pitts JH Ag class took a field trip to the sale barn in West Plains. The student had a great time!



8th grade students went for a walk, and picked up some trash following MAP/EOC testing last week.

This is a reminder that MAP testing starts tomorrow in the Middle School. Grades 5 and 6 test from April 24-April 28. Grades 7 and 8 test April 28 through May 5. We encourage students to get a good night of sleep and eat breakfast so they can do their best!!

Sergeant Eddie Young with the Highway Patrol and Arlene Arnold with the Rotary Club teamed up to present Don't Meth With Us. The presentation was given to all 5th grade students about the harmful consequences of drug and meth use.

Middle School baseball and softball beginning practices. Be sure to catch a game this spring and support our Middle School Bears! GO BEARS!


This is a reminder that the middle school attendance policy changed at the beginning of the semester. A letter/email was sent out in January. If your child has more than 5 days of unexcused absences, they will be given a tutoring log and have to make up any hours in excess of five days. Please refer to the new attendance policy that was sent out for more details. If you need a new copy, please let the office know.


Congratulations to our chess team members for a great showing at the Dent Phelps chess tournament in Salem today! Our elementary team won 2nd place, with Heidi Bennet in 4th and Kane Bennet in 14th. Middle school won 1st, with Matt Sabulao the undefeated winner, Kyell Robertson second, Wyatt Barker 3rd, Sabastian Puher 5th, Otto Schuette 8th, Ayden Bennet 10th, and Aubrey Miller 19th. High school was third overall, with Rogan Traver tied for 1st, Isaac Miller in 5th. Great job! Next tournament is the State Championship on March 18th in Columbia.








This week is Hoop Queen Spirit Week!


Pink Out T-shirts for the High School game are on sale now. Shirts are $15 and Bracelets are $2. Pick up forms in the student info center. Forms are due January 20th.
