The Willow Springs Interact Club presented to the School Board during Monday evening’s meeting. The club is sponsored by the local rotary club and is an opportunity for students to learn through service projects that benefit our local community as well as communities across the globe. Mrs. Siler, the club sponsor at the school, introduced the club to the board. Emma Spence, Tate Cochran, Matthew Miller, and Nicole Barnett all presented on parts of the club.
The club volunteers at many places. Some of the things they have done this year include helping at MUNCH, delivering food baskets and helping Convoy of Hope. Interact Club is a great way for students to be able to give back to the community. For more information on Interact Club, contact Mrs. Siler at the High School.
