The boys and girls basketball teams put in some work for the city today! The boys picked up trash along the side of the road around Loves Truck Stop. The girls worked at the golf course washing carts and cleaning the clubhouse. Awesome Job Bears! Thank you Bev Hicks for organizing this for our kids! Thank you to Joe Blankenship from Coastal Energy for being the highest bidder at the Chamber of Commerce Auction that resulted in our teams working a day for the city! We also would like to thank Robert Hollis from our local Shelter Insurance Agency for making a donation in support of both our boys and girls basketball teams! Proud to be a Bear!!

Thank you to our local law enforcement agencies, which were all quick to respond. We will use this incident to further develop our response to potential safety scenarios. We realize these types of situations could be traumatic for some of our students.
